You know those big holes you find in some desks? They’re supposed to help keep all cables in one place but things still end up kinda messy. The Cord Trap is just a coupling you snap into the hole. The notches help keep cables separate and hopefully from tangling up.

Running Plaid has sixty-four hand woven textile pixels. It is an exploration of how software can reveal different colors contained in one textile. The yellow state shows all pixels printed with yellow horizontal elements on. In the mixed state, every other pixel is on. The weave structure affects visual elements and events in time. Woven conductive yarns on the back layer of the double weave structure create softer color change effects. These effects take longer to trigger, as the heated yarns are on the back. This can create an event in time through weave structure, not just pattern. With IFM Design Studio. Consumer electronics giant Sony reported record sales, with products such as its Bravia liquid crystal display (LCD) TVs, Vaio PCs and Cybershot digital cameras leading the way.
The company reported record net profits as sales rose 9.6 per cent to 2.859 trillion yen (£13.5 billion).
Sonys electronics division experienced a 10.2 per cent growth of sales, though not all products performed as well.
Sales of rear projection TVs did not impress and the firm has planned to withdraw them from the market.
The company will continue its development of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) technology which is brighter than current technology and provides energy savings.
However, chief financial officer Nobuyuki Oneda said: “I do not see a rapid growth in production [of OLED TVs] in the future.”
While sales of the PlayStation 3 games console soared to an all-time high of 4.9 million units, they did not reach expectations.
Rapid Electronics are one of the UKs leading suppliers of electronic components, electrical products, and industrial supplies to the Consumer Electronics sector.
