February 22, 2007, Alameda, CA - The leading-edge DGy™ digital recording systems are now even better with enhancements and reduced prices, at savings up to 25%. DGy systems have become the “de facto” recording and streaming solution for simulation, command-and-control, mission analysis, debriefing, training, and other mission critical applications. With more features and lower prices, DGy systems continue to offer the best price-performance in the industry.
The DGy Model 201 offers one or two disk drives. The Model 301 codec offers Network File Server (NFS) remote storage and built-in multicast streaming. Both models offer superior-quality recording and streaming capability at up to 1600 x 1200 pixel resolution.
The DGy systems now provide frame-by-frame time stamping. The user can randomly access anywhere within a clip down to the specific frame and also queue a DGy unit to an exact individual frame. This feature provides precise multi-unit DGy synchronization for perfectly matched, correlated visuals. A new remote shutoff feature offers the convenience of shutting down the DGy using a simple command over Ethernet or RS-232 port.
